Scots Nissan dealer's top award 30 | 11 | 2011

SCOTLAND'S LEADING NISSAN High Performance Centre (NHPC), Alex F Noble in Straiton just outside Edinburgh, is celebrating winning the first ever national ‘NHPC of the Year’ award.

Presented by the renowned Nissan GT-R Owners’ Club (GTROC) at their annual general meeting, dinner and awards ceremony, the award was open to all 21 Nissan High Performance Centres throughout the UK

“Our ‘NHPC of the Year’ Award is judged on a number of criteria," Roger Burgess, the vice-chairman of the GT-R Owners’ Club, explained.

"The main ones are consistency of aftersales service and support to GTROC members. However the judges also took into account, fairness of pricing, reputation for sales and product knowledge, and level of interaction with the owners’ club.

"The award was decided by the GTROC board in association with Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd and verified by members.

“It was inevitably, a very close run competition, as standards throughout all the NHPCs are incredibly high, but the consistently exceptional level of overall service demonstrated by the team at Alex F Noble made them worthy winners of this year’s title."

The award, which was received by Alex F Noble high performance specialists, Richard Edington and John Allan, was welcomed by David Noble, dealer principal.

“To win the inaugural ‘NHPC of the Year’ award out of 21 centres throughout the UK, all of whom are worthy contenders for the prize, is a first class achievement in anyone’s book," the Alex F Noble boss admitted, "and my personal thanks go to everyone involved within the dealership."
