Lexus to reveal RC300h F Sport 28 | 02 | 2014
LEXUS WILL GIVE a first public airing to the latest model in its RC coupé line-up at next week's Geneva Motor Show.
Featuring more aggressive styling than the standard coupé, as well the option of Adaptive Variable Suspension, the new RC300h F Sport — which will go on sale in Scotland next year — is powered by a 176bhp, 2.5-litre four-cylinder dual-injection petrol engine. It's further boosted by an electric motor, which increases total power output to 217bhp.
Mated to a CVT gearbox, the RC300h F Sport gets the same four-seat layout as the regular RC coupé. It also gets the new mode-dependent dial layout similar to that used in the LFA hypercar.

There's also a set of unique interior colour schemes, and the car is fitted with a bespoke leather steering wheel and gear leaver.
Outside, the F Sport — which is available in a choice of three new colours — comes with 19in alloys, with a unique 10-spoke design.
The new F Sport will sit neatly below the V8-powered RC-F coupé when it goes on sale alongside the regular RC coupé in 2015. And just to jog your memories, the RC-F coupé — which will make its European debut at Geneva — is fitted with a mighty 450bhp 5.0-litre V8 engine.
