HIGHLAND CAR GROUP Macrae & Dick has been voted No 1 for Jaguar customer satisfaction in new car sales. The poll was carried out at 88 Jaguar dealers across the UK

Customers were asked to score the dealership over 25 questions, and rate their experience of buying a new Jaguar out of 10.

Macrae & Dick Jaguar scored nine or above out of 10 for all 25 questions. Naturally the team is proud of its achievement , especially given they have been sharing a showroom with their colleagues in Land Rover for a large part of 2013.

"My sales executive, Alastair Mackenzie, and I are delighted with the service we have provided our customers so far this year," Leigh O’Connor, sales manager, Macrae & Dick Jaguar said.

"We now look to continue this level of service in our new showroom. We are lucky to have such a fantastic product and a loyal customer base, and we wish to thank our customers for giving us this position."

Macrae & Dick Jaguar moved into its new showroom — located at 61 Harbour Road, Inverness between Macrae & Dick Land Rover and Macrae & Dick Honda — earlier this month.

The showroom has a dedicated customer waiting area, and includes a new interactive touch screen which allows potential buyers to 'build' their next Jaguar, search current offers and look at the used car stock. The area also has refreshments and wifi.
