    THE PRESTIGIOUS MERCEDES-BENZ Retailer of the Year award has been won by Pendragon’s Glasgow operation (pictured). The dealership also scooped the 2012 Service and Parts Team of the Year.

    “We are delighted to have been named not only Retailer of the Year, but also Parts and Service Team of the Year," Jim Robertson, market area director, said.

    “It has been a real team effort with a focus on our customers and the service we offer them.

    “This is a great boost for the team at the start of what is going to be another busy year with more new products. We look forward to serving our customers, both old and new.”

    Mercedes reveals new CLA

    At the awards ceremony in Birmingham, the 2012 smart Retailer of the Year went to Sytner West. Other major winners were Listers in the North-East of England which won the award for Sales Team of the Year.

    Customer Service Team of the Year was awarded to the market area that covers retailers based in and around Wolverhampton and Stoke.

    Richard Griffiths of Mercedes-Benz Swansea won the Technical Apprentice of the Year gong, while Liam Hudson of Mercedes-Benz of Sheffield received the Parts Apprentice of the Year Award.
