Sky High deal for Scots traffic 16 | 05 | 2012

    TRANSPORT SCOTLAND HAS awarded a three-year contract, to Yorkshire-based Sky High, to collect Scottish traffic data. The new deal is believed to be with in excess of £100,000, though the complete value of the deal has not been released..

    The Tadcaster-based company will provide the Scottish government agency with data to support its modelling for future transport policy and project appraisal.

    Sky High operates offices in both Glasgow and Edinburgh, and finance director Alex Johnson explained the company will carry out a wide range of services, including monitoring traffic flows and conducting roadside surveys.
