Scots Seat dealers slash prices 04 | 01 | 2012

IF YOU BOUGHT yourself a Seat in December, this is not what you want to be reading: the Scottish dealerships have just slashed the prices of several models. And when we say 'slashed', we mean up to more than £3000!

While the prices of the Altea and Exeo ranges have been reduced, it's the Ibiza and Leon ranges which have seen the real, whopping savings introduced.

There's £2310 off the price of the Ibiza 1.4 SE Copa, which lowers the car's price to below five figures at £9995. There's similar savings to the five-door and ST estate equivalents, which now cost £10,495 and £11,205 respectively.

If it's the three-door you're after, it can be yours for £199 a month (42 payments, including a £199 deposit), plus a final payment of £3385.28.

Bought on Seat's finance scheme, that takes the price back up to 11,743.28, but it's still less than you would previously have paid for the car if you had paid everything up front.

If you fancy a Leon, the excellent 1.6 TDI 105PS S Copa has had £3085 sliced off its price, bringing it down to £14,795.

A £199 monthly payment plan is in place again for this model, but with a deposit of £3751.59 and the final payment increased to £5085.90.

Altea and Exeo have also been reduced, but not by as much. That said, the savings are still more than two grand. Prices remain unchanged across the Alhambra range, but you get a free servicing deal if you buy one on Seat Finance. All the offers detailed run until the end of March.
