    SCOTLAND'S BID TO become green and cleaner will move into another gear next month when GreenFleet's Arrive and Drive takes place at the Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, next month.

    And the event has received further support from Green Motion Car and Van Rental. The company will exhibit its eco-focused car and van rental concept, and in association with Fiat Auto it will offer 'Arrive and Drive' opportunities of the Fiat 500 TwinAir, the Alfa Mito and Alfa Giulietta.

    Primarily for environmentally focused business who genuinely wants to lower its CO2 emissions/ carbon foot print in relation to their fleet and  daily rental operations, the event — which takes place on Thursday, September 1 — will be attended by Green Motion’s founder and managing director, Richard Lowden. 

    “I’m delighted to be supporting GreenFleet Scotland in the promotion of low CO2 motoring," Lowden, who will be accompanied by James and Lynn Anderson, the owners of Green Motion’s premier Edinburgh Airport franchise, said.

    "This is a very important event, which allows business professionals to improve their knowledge of and actually try the latest low emission and fuel efficient vehicles.”
