Citroen 'free wheel' offer cuts CO2 05 | 07 | 2012
CITROEN HAS LAUNCHED a free wheel upgrade aimed at reducing CO2 emissions on its DS5 from 107g/km to 99g/km CO2.
The new optional 17in alloys are part of the free upgrade available on DS5 DStyle and DSport Hybrid4 models.
In addition of meaning the lower-emission cars qualify for road tax and London Congestion Charge exemption, they also get a Benefit in Kind reduction from 12% to 10%.
Coinciding with the wheels offer, Citroen has also lifted the wraps on new specification packs for DS5 HDI 160 DStyle and DSport models.
The Sport Signature pack and Dark Sport Signature pack lower the standard car’s suspension by 7mm and include 19in alloys (in grey or black), plus black door mirrors.
Both option packs cost £650, but buy a DS5 THP 200 model and Citroen will throw the pack in free in the £25,900 purchase price.
