Lambo leaks images of new Urus 21 | 04 | 2012

LAMBORGHINI IS THE latest supercar manufacturer to enter the world of the high-performance luxury SUV: this is the new Lamborghini Urus (see more official photos of the new Lambo Urus).

'Leaked' on to the internet just days before it's officially unveiled at next week's Beijing Motor Show, the Urus is likely to be powered by a 5.2-litre V10 producing around 600bhp. Lamborghini bosses though have yet to confirm the car's technical details.

Interestingly though, the first images of the Urus shows the car in the same red paint as the Lamborghini Aventador J, which made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March.

This, of course, isn't Lamborghini's first venture into the SUV world. The Urus essentially is a spirtual successor to the LM002 4x4 from 1986.

The new Lambo 4x4 — which has clear similarities to the Range Rover Evoque — is expected to go head-to-head with the new Bentley Falcon.

Price? It's unlikely you'll get any change from £125,000: but we'll need to wait for Lamborghini bosses to confirm that. Time though to do the Lottery!
