ECURIE ECOSSE DRIVER, Edinburgh-born Marco Attard, clinched the British GT Championship in a nerve-jangling finale at Donington Park. Attard's success confirmed Scottish drivers scooped two main prizes in the championship, with Thornhill's Ross Wylie lifting the GT$ title.
