Peugeot's new 508 10 | 09 | 2010
FRENCH MANUFACTURER Peugeot has released more details of its new 508 range. The newcomer, which will go on sale next February, will replace both the 407 and now-defunct 607 models in the maker’s line-up.
Made in France and China, the 508's deliberately ‘pure, sober’ styling is intended to project an air of precision and long-lasting quality. The cabin too is finely detailed and well-finished and gets an Audi MMI-style controller and the option of a head-up display.
Longer than the outgoing 407 by dint of its 100mm-longer wheelbase, the additional space is noticeable in the improved legroom for rear passengers.
